Account access
I paid but did not create my account. What should I do?
Use the private setup link sent to the email address entered at checkout. Check your spam or junk folder if it is not in your inbox.
I cannot sign in.
Confirm that you are using the same email address connected to your account. If you forgot your password, use the password-reset link on the sign-in page.
My setup link expired.
Send us a message using the support form below. Include the email address used at checkout so we can verify the purchase.
Billing and membership
How do I manage or cancel my journal subscription?
Sign in, open Settings, and use the billing portal to view your renewal date, update payment details, or cancel renewal.
What happens after I cancel?
Your access continues through the end of the paid subscription period. The subscription will not renew after that date. Your account and all of its associated data will be deleted when your access expires.
Is the journal included with the live trading room?
Yes. Active members of the FlowState live trading room receive access to the journal and analytics.
Imports and trading data
Which broker files can I import?
The Import page lists the broker activity formats currently supported. Choose the matching broker before uploading the original CSV export.
What if my broker is not supported?
You can record trading days and ticker results manually. You can also contact us with the broker name and an anonymized sample export for review.
Why does an imported total look different?
Check whether you are viewing gross or net P&L. Net results can include commissions and locate fees when those values are available in the broker export.
Journal and analytics
Can I use more than one broker?
Yes. Add multiple broker accounts, review the combined dashboard, or filter results to a specific broker.
Can I correct an imported trading day?
Open the day from the calendar or journal to review the recorded result and make any needed correction.
Are options supported?
Supported activity imports can record realized options profit or loss under the underlying ticker. You can also enter the result manually.
